  • I've been less than 20 a day since February 2014. I'm not counting calories or focused on weight because I have chronic migraines. By reducing carbs my migraine pattern went from a 3 day migraine every 10 days to a period of 56 days without a migraine. I've had an average of 18 days a month lost to migraines for 45 years.…
