Down to 13 lbs lost as of this morning, took me 51 days to do so at a target of 1,400 calores per day. I typically burn between 700 - 900 calories a day working out and my norm is 4 days working out then one day off. Rinse and repeat.

Awesome, I'm in my home office and didn't have a book handy, but did have a Men's Health Magazine. Turned to page 45 and it was a MGD 64 Ad with the tag line of "Have your resolution and enjoy it too"......I'll take it.

No gym here, the extra effort of having to go somewhere isn't worth it for me at this point. I have a pretty good set up in my baseemnt so I just sneak away when the kids aren't looking.
