I went for a physical a couple of years ago and my doctor heard a faint heart murmur that she had never heard before. She referred me to a cardiologist and I found out that I had a leaky valve. The family doctor I see now also does EKG's at everybody's annual physical.

I actually use it daily. I changed my limit to 100 grams each day and then manually count how much sugar I get from processed foods vs fruits. It helps me stay accountable if I eat junk food or drink juice. So far, it's helped me bring my sugar content, whether its natural or processed, down to under 75 grams daily. I…

I don't have anything truly to add except that I hope you find the answers you need. Mirena is the devil IMO. I had it removed after only three months because it threw my body all out of whack. I hope you find exactly what you need for your body to return to its normal state of health and well being. Good luck!

I am currently not pleased with my arms and stomach so I am modifying my diet, lifting weights four days a week, and doing HIIT one day per week. If I could just shrink my "inflated" areas :laugh: I would gladly keep everything else.

Been there, done that, bought the T-Shirt too. I haven't worked out in months and 30DS used to be a breeze for me. I thought I was dying. LOL It's gets easier with time though. Do what you can do for now. Each day gets easier.

My daughter wants to take Belly Dancing class. I'm thinking about joining here, but haven't decided yet. We used to have a DVD when she was younger. It's a pretty good workout in my opinion.
