I don't have to discipline to take my measurements and monthly pictures. I always start out doing it and then forget so I don't even bother doing it anymore. I have specific outfits that help me judge my progress. When I notice them getting loser (or tighter), I will take my measurements then, but still don't bother with…

I need to lose at least 30 lbs, but 50 is probably more like it. I eat around 2100 calories a day which is above my BMR and 15% less than my TDEE. Feel free to add me!

Sweet thread! I'm ashamed to post my measly 100lbs (that I'm pretty sure I could have gone heavier with) that I had to stop at when I hurt my knee last month. LOL You ladies rock!!! I can't wait to get back up to par. I am truly inspired to keep pressing forward after seeing this thread!!!

I have yet to see this sign in my Planet Fitness. And even if I do...oh well. We go at 3:30am. The guy at the counter doesn't care what we do. LOL

I joined a gym with a daycare, but when I workout at home (my youngest is four, my other four are in school), then I allow her to join in the fun. She likes to do jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, ect, while I do my DVD. I also have a 24 hour membership that allows me to go when everyone else is asleep and I have some down…

I have deviled eggs and a protein shake, but I used to eat a piece of salmon or tilapia and fruit for breakfast. Sometimes I'll have greek yogurt and pecans or almonds. It just depends on my mood.

Say a prayer for her and keep moving forward. It's the best gift you have to offer her, it doesn't involve you spending money on her or having direct contact with her. If life is peaceful without her then there is no sense of giving that door a chance to open up again.

Thanks for sharing. Your story is truly inspiring. :flowerforyou:

When I was working out that hard, it was more of a mental thing for me. It was a good way for me to release my stress.

That's great! Congrats.

It takes real courage to create a post like this. You are definitely on the right track. Hang in there. You can do it!!!!! There is no need to apologize or look anywhere other than forward. :flowerforyou:

I like mine mashed up and mixed with onion and garlic powder on a tuna sandwich with tomatoes, onions, and spinach.

I love my cutesie pink and black Harbinger gloves. They work very well for my lifts. I got mine from ****s. The padding is perfect and the mesh netting makes them more breathable than my previous gloves. FYI MFP bleeped out the legitimate name of the sporting goods store I bought mine from. LOL

Interesting post. Thanks for sharing.

I started teaching my kids cursive a few years ago when I realized that they had stopped teaching it. I think it sucks, but on eof the teachers said they may be bringing it back. Evidently, one of the senior exit exams was meant to be in cursive (essay) until they realized it wasn't going to happen because they stopped…

Great job!!! I'm curious as well. I do a 305lb leg press, but haven't tried beyond that. As for squats, I do them on the Smith machine because my husband hogs the rack. LOL The most I have squated to date is 100lbs. That was two weeks ago. I haven't been able to do anymore squats because I hurt my knee running.

No need to say mine since you already said it. LOL

Cerave. It was recommended for my daughter's eczema, but I've found that it's great for my skin. I alternate with concentrated cocoa butter (Palmer's).

You are amazing!!!! Sending up prayers for you. :flowerforyou:

I am so glad I ran across this post. I've been experiencing the same thing. No pain, just tightness. Thanks for the information.

I typically do. I do it because I like ice water and it keeps me from mindlessly snacking on junk. It also helps keep my water weight down which means that my blood pressure stays controlled without meds.

It surpresses my appetite until after I take that first bite of food. Then I could literally eat a horse!!!!
