Okay, thanks for clarifying. I have the display watch and don't mind recalculating every day. I just use MFP to track the number of calories eaten and ignore the net calories. Different preferences I guess. I just wanted to make sure there isn't something wrong with the way I want to do it in terms of weight loss success.…

Cool. I can see why one would do that, but is there any real reason other than convenience (not having to determine the number of cals to eat on a daily basis)?

i personally don't feel comfortable being completely naked in the locker room so i usually change in a stall or corner. it doesn't bother me that other ladies do it though. it is kind of funny because now when i see certain regular gym goers around town i realize that i know what they look like naked ;)

It isn't really visible to others as long as your sleeves go past your mid-upper arm. However, I do "feel" it throughout the day. Sometimes I have to move it around a little bit on my arm to make it more comfortable. Overall it's a great device and I absolutely love mine!

i've considered going off the pill for a few months to see if it makes my weight loss more consistent but i'm not sure if i'll actually stop. i skip the placebos every other month so i only have 6 periods per year which has been wonderful.

i've lost 32 lbs. and have had a heck of a time trying to lose the last 15 to reach my goal weight. i'm not really obsessed with the scale, at this point i really just want to lose body fat, especially in the dreaded midsection.
