I'm with you, OP. I have fat pockets on my sides and back right above my butt that look like I'm wearing invisible pants that are too small.

Weight loss in general is a "first world problem" under your logic. If water intake/weight loss are first world problems that are so easy to solve, why are we all (including YOU) on this website? Jeez. Way to be a downer!! ANYWAY, to the OP: I agree that finding a water bottle you love makes a huge difference. Back when I…

i have a completely different opinion here. first, i went through her diary and i think it's pretty squeaky clean, with a few indulgences here and there. i am all about indulging (in MODERATION!) as a means to prevent binging, burnout, or going crazy! girlfriend, i think you are on the right path and i encourage you to…

sheesh. why does everything always have to be about gender? "collecting" is a very inhumane word to use.. HMMMM i wonder if that guy happens to be a misogynist? /feminist rant

i just did this for fun to see what i was really eating before starting to lose weight. back in my last quarter of college i ordered domino's a LOT. it was one of the only food delivery services where i lived and when i was writing my thesis i just didn't care, i wanted my tank to be full so i could keep researching and…

I do choose to go by my daily TDEE. the way i do this is by eating at a 500 cal deficit as the day goes on. this means i'm checking my calories burned pretty much all the time, and if i go over i make sure to exercise a little more to compensate. i did my reset for about two weeks. i know it may be recommended to do it…

sorry to hear you're experiencing this. i applaud you for having the patience to keep this friend and try to help her out. my suggestion would be to lead her to the eat more to weigh less group here, especially the specific testimonials. i hope she starts eating enough food right away so she doesn't damage her metabolism…

This comment is totally rude, judgmental, and unnecessary. GTFO.

^I agree 100%. You can't go from 6,000 to 1,500 in a day. Gradually reduce or else you'll go crazy!! Btw I still think 1530 is really low... you seem like someone who would benefit from the group Eat More to Weigh Less here on myfitnesspal. It has worked well for me and countless others. You don't have to starve yourself…

i stir jam into it. it's high in sugar, but i buy natural jams that have very few ingredients so i know it's not too processed.

people think i look exactly like the daughter from roseanne (sara gilbert).. and i can see why. it's not flattering but it's true.

since losing weight i've gained a ton of confidence. i give myself a 9.

Love it! Congrats!

It's hard to trust the numbers at first because they seem high, but so many people have achieved success by following this method, so have faith. I wore my bodybugg on a sick day (I was in bed 99% of the day, only got up to use the bathroom really) and my BMR was much higher than the calculated prediction. Obviously I was…

I know exactly how you feel with the evil voice thing. It's really difficult to adjust to eating more, because logically it makes sense, but that little voice still persists...

According to customer service, the general rule is that the more you wear it, the more accurate it is. However, if you just want to wear it during your workouts the numbers will still be close to 90% accurate.
