3 scoops is 60. Well I usually use 1 scoop in the morning in the kashi then 2 more later in the day with 1% organic milk after a workout. Tastes nasty in just water for me, tastes great with milk. Just my 2 cents.

Usually take 3 scoops (vanilla) I'm also eating the kashi go lean vanilla hot breakfast too. Usually mix that with blueberries and slivered almonds.
