I have been on here actively for a couple months and lost nothing - I went back to ww last week and lost 7 pounds my first week......I am diung the online program and logging mfp calories - my calories have jumped about 400 per day on average. Confusing but true. I'm going to go with what works for me :)

I agree with this. I lost 100 pounds(not to goal but a heck of a lot of weight!) on ww and and am up 40 pounds (I still need to lose 60) about 14 years later. Even though I did not stay on the program for longer that a year and a half..what I learned was in my head and I went back to my materials when I felt like I needed…

I am in the funky mode too but I know that I can succeed and YOU can succeed! We are lucky to have this site and one day or one week of poor choices does not equal a lifetime. Hang in there sweetie - you are so close :)))

I did get my measeurements take when bootcamp startedd - its an 8 week official program so we took before and after pics and they measured us. I appreciate that I do feel "leaner" and cute in my clothes...a good thing, lol. I am just baffeled by the way everyone says - eat less - burn more = losses. I though it was just…

I am about 50 pounds from my goal so Imnot close at all. Haw did you go about mixing both programs? According to my BMR my cal are around 1900 and according to what I figured with ww points at 50 cal for one point I should be at 1850 (aprox) I chose the lower 1740 to create a stronger deficit while still just living life…
