I drew this about a year ago. No new work lately, but I liked making this one.

You're right! It kind of sucks to weigh everything when you're cooking a more complicated recipe, though.

I'm 5'4 and I weigh 150. The elliptical I use isn't exactly the same as yours - it's called an "Adaptive Motion Trainer" but it looks like an elliptical to me. I turn up the resistance to twenty (which is the highest setting for this particular machine) and I do about an 8.5 minute mile. The machine says it burns 800…

Cold turkey sounds difficult. Were there any foods you ate that made your cravings less pronounced, or did you just eat more of everything else? Great! I'll check those out (I don't go on the forums often enough, lol). Thank you!

1200 plus exercise calories 3-4 times a week.

Yeah, definitely. Sometimes I look in the mirror and it's like a different person!

I know Frozen is about the homosexual agenda. I carefully analyzed all of the colors, and I realized that every single color that is in the rainbow flag appeared in Frozen. Very suspicious. The homosexuals just have to ruin everything. Soon, newborn babies will be wearing thong underwear and worshipping Satan.

Definitely orange juice and peanut butter. I gave up orange juice entirely, and now have at the most one tablespoon of peanut butter a day. I shudder to think of the days I'd chow down on a bagel with tons of peanut butter, wash it down with a glass of orange juice, and think I was being relatively healthy.

I'm never hungry during the day - I usually eat about 200 calories for a late breakfast, 300 in between for light snacks and lunch, and 700 for dinner and an evening snack.

I vary the cardio from day to day...Maybe an average of 350 (45 minutes of light effort on the exercise bike).
