I love mcdonalds. Let's be honest. If you're smart about it and don't do it a lot, your body can handle the extra fat content. Plus, the chicken nuggets are generally low calorie for the "deliciousness to protein" ratio.

some of those high protein bars like atkins can be really filling and low calorie. Another trick aside from eating protein snacks like almond or bars, drinking a lot of water helps. Your brain has a hard time deciphering hunger from thirst if you're dehydrated.

I'm getting in shape for the summer (starting early) & trying for a flat stomach for the bikini! And I agree, if your picture is current you already look fit. MFP is great for just general fitness too.
