I just completed week 3 of Turbo Fire. I use a BodyBugg daily. Just finished entering my updated measurements and weight into the BodyBugg program, and it estimates that I've lost 7.56 pounds of fat and gained 2.56 lbs of lean mass. I'm hoping for at least 2lbs this week.... I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but I can't help myself. And I've gained 2 pounds already this week... I know it's just water as I've stepped up my exercise regime. Still irritating to see those numbers. Love this group! Very motivating!

I lost 70+ pounds in the past using Turbo Jam. When I was pregnant I gained a huge amount of weight and have been working it off again with Turbo Jam.
