I gained in my first year also! Through my 2nd semester though I ended up getting pregnant and that's where most of it came from, but my first semester I gained about 15-20 lbs before becoming pregnant! I'm doing online college now so that is helping me with the weight lol Feel free to add me :)

Reading, shopping, girl time :) museums, swimming, boating, traveling, writing, just plain getting out of the house! lol I never have time for any hobbies now though, between being a stay at home mom/wife, exercising, and college its hard to have energy for anything else except sleeping ha.

This is my first child and I gained about 50 lbs during pregnancy. I was 135 when I found out I was pregnant and I was 187 the day I delivered. I am currently 13 weeks post partum and have lost about 30 lbs so far. I am 154 now.

So far, yes I have been but it has been only a month. I am worried that I will lose motivation after I get close to my goal weight and just quit working out or become lazy again. The gym is also helpful because it is all womens gym and has a daycare.

I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and 6 Week 6 Pack everyday and it has done wonders for me!! I am 3 months post partum tomorrow and my stomach is not even close to what it used to look like when I came home from the hospital. I am! I can't use any kind of diet anything because I am breastfeeding but I wouldn't even if I wasn't. I'd be worried I'd gain it all back.

I'm the same way and idk here it comes from but I tend to try and get up and move or get my mind off of it. If that doesn't work, I use flavored gum. It works wonders for my cravings!
