Haha thank you!! Awesome job! I started out slow jogging and now I am running 3 miles in 20 minutes. You can do it! I had to sign myself up for a 5k and it made me train hard for it!

I weigh myself every day as well but for personal motivation. I measure myself about every 2 weeks and take pictures at least 3 weeks to a month between and compare. It's good to do it all!

Thanks! I changed my diet completely. I started making smoothies to help get more veggies in my diet and eating more protein. I exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day. 10 lbs is still a lot! My first month I lost 16 lbs then my 2nd month is when I only lost only 9 lbs. every month is different!

Try this app called Fit Radio. Its like pandora but all workout music and mixes. I love it. Also I agree that Work B**ch by Britney Spears is my new favorite to workout to!

When I want stretch, I use Jillan Michaels Yoga Meltdown. I'm not very flexible either lol. You can look it up on Youtube and they have the whole first level on there. Its pretty easy for first timers. It was for me =)

I had my son at 19. At times I wish I would've waited and gotten to do things that I didn't get to do, but I wouldn't change a thing. I don't really think it's your age that matters, its your maturity level and if you're ready for it. I wasn't ready at first, but I prepared myself. I had to! Lol.
