This Monday will be day 1 for those joining me. If you do not have your 21 day fix DVDs yet, order them and hop on in the challenge once they arrive.

30 minutes every day....every single day. There won't be any days off. It's 21 days straight.

I suggest you take your before pictures as well as all your measurements.

A picture is worth a 1,000 words for sure!



I will be blogging my way through this challenge. It'll be fun to go back and read the craziness!
