A guy at my gym wears blue jeans, leather loafers, and a leather belt while lifting - ALWAYS, not just once. My friend also saw him sitting in the steam sauna in his jeans. We call him loafer man. :noway: I could not make this $h!t up.

Instant Oatmeal/Quick rice Eggs Canned Tuna Whey Protein Frozen/Canned Vegetables All easy to keep in stock or cheap. And fast to make when in a hurry! That way KEY for me. Didnt have to go to the store every day and could make good meals in a jiff if I was short on time.
