I am 5'7" and weigh 165ish. I want to get below 150, and then adjust my goals from there. I'm pretty muscular and don't want to lose too many pounds. More so looking to shed BF%. Feel free to add me if you have similar goals!

I am exactly 5'7". I currently weigh 165 lbs with good muscle tone and look pretty hot! The lowest I have been is 145 lbs. I looked okay, but I like myself better with muscle. I want to see what I look like around 145-150 now that I have gained muscle. Feel free to add me girls.

I don't use a typical "gym" bag, just because the lockers at my gym are like highschool lockers, and don't fit a gym bag unless you cram it in. I use a book bag.
