LOL! Yes! after a week of eating poorly, topped by 3 days at Epcots Wine& Dine, I can say that I had to just throw myself back into the swing. Just do it! ;)

Im in a smilar boat...Primal is grt for me, but my pals are either vegetarian or extreme carb-loaders...very difficult to stay on track for those last 15 lbs! LOL! Good luck and hang in there!

Hi Rebecca! its great that you get right back on track after the baby (congratulations!). Dont do like many of us; take time for yourself and its much easier to lose weight now than 20 yrs from now...Mark my words! You go girl! :)

ive heard 2 lbs /wk is attainable, at first, until one starts getting close to the goal weight. with your enthusiasm and focus you will make it! :)

wow! im so glad I saw this thread...great info for someone like me who has trained for distance running but wants to add real muscle...my endurance is great, but i still have areas that just wont go away.. thanks folks! :smiley:
