Add lots of vegetables to your meals and you'll be able to eat a big meal for a lot less calories. Oatmeal for breakfast will fill you up I like to add a little peanut butter for protein and some splenda. Swap everything you eat for the lighter version and you'll save tons of calories.

What always works for me is stir frying chicken or beef and adding vegetables like broccoli,zuccini,cabbage or whatever your family will eat and giving myself most of the vegetables and make some rice for them. I have 3 boys 4,2,1 year olds I did have 100 lbs to lose I've lost 47 so far and I know its really hard but I actually like exercising now because its my only me time. U can add me :)

In the refrigerated produce section at walmart (by the guacamole) they have all natural light ranch dressing,its really good and it only has 50 calories per 2 TBSP. I think the brand is Marketside.
