Iced green tea from Starbucks (no sweetener or water), iced black tea (unsweetened), or plain ice water- sometimes I'll add lime or lemon slices. If I have to have something fizzy I like the Arrowhead carbonated waters (black cherry is my favorite).

I would look for things that have compression panels built in. Is there a particular area that "wobbles" more? I found a pair of "slimming" capris on Groupon recently. The have mesh panels on the outer thigh area that compress and are supposed to slim. Nothing for the tummy or bootie though. They were called Marika Magic…

I have just started taking a yoga class and I am hooked! I really love it. It's been interesting to discover areas of my body that are totally inflexible and other spots that are more flexible than the other side. I dream of going on a retreat someday. But first I want to focus on getting to class more than once per week!

I love the massage idea and get them often. Following the theme you could also do pedicures, manicures and facials. Since I am in the middle of my journey (about 40lbs left) I usually buy new workout clothes. I do love the Pandora bracelet idea. Very cute. Also cookware since I am a junkie! Good luck!

I tend to focus more on the calories over the entire week that way I don't worry too much about being under my net on one day. Also, the exercise calories on MFP are notoriously high, so keep an eye on that and maybe only plan on eating back half of them.

I strongly feel that if I have to give up my wine I would lose my mind. I try and moderate and fit it into my calories for the day (or even week). At some point you may feel that it's starting to impede your results. Take a look again then and adjust. Maybe then you can only indulge on the weekends or at events. Good luck!

What has really made a difference for me is group fitness. I have always been a solo person focusing mainly on cardio. On cardio mornings I usually don't eat anything. If I'm doing a double of some type (like bootcamp then right into yoga or kickboxing), I'll have a banana in between. Otherwise I try not to eat less than an hour before I work out. Makes my tummy hurt,

My current schedule is: Monday: cardio (3 mile walk) Tuesday: bootcamp, yoga Wednesday: cardio (intervals- about 3 miles) Thursday: bootcamp, kickboxing Friday: cardio (3 mile walk) Additionally I usually go on a 6+ mile bike ride around the lake with my hunnie. Great suggestions!! OP- you could also pick a day (like Sunday) and cook up several dinners and freeze so you can defrost. There are a ton of recipes and ideas on Pintrest. Just search for freezer cooking!

You will have to get a scale! I was shocked one day weighing a chicken breast and it came in over 12oz!! At the very minimum you can eyeball using the deck of cards method. That is about 4oz. It will in no way be as accurate as a scale. Oh no!! zombie thread! Lol

It depends on what I'm doing. if I am do super early morning cardio then I do it fasted (it's walking for 45 minutes NBD). If I am doing bootcamp then usually I have either a banana or PB on toast. If I am doubling up, like bootcamp then kickboxing I will have something in between.

Based on what you've written I would absolutely take a look at your alcohol consumption! Beer, wine, liquor etc all have calories and absolutely can impact your weight.
