I'm 5'2 and probably 140-145 pounds. This year at my lowest I was 122 pounds but it wasn't the healthiest and my metabolism sucks. How long do you guys think it would take to lose 20 pounds doing everything in moderation? Exersizing daily, and eating arounf 1400 cals a fay?
