Initially it was 125, which I've reached. But I've been hovering around 127-128 for a while and I've come to accept that, I'm not too worried about the number on the scale anymore, as long as I look and feel good with myself then I'm happy :) I just want to stay below 130lbs.

I use toasted hemp hearts in my fruit salads for breakfast! I haven't tried raw hemp hearts though..

I think i found my twin! i'm also 5'5" around 126-127.5 pounds and my GW is 125lb. I eat around 1750-1800 on most days. With 45% carbs 25% fat 30% protein. I have been working out 6 days a week with HIIT and strength training. I also measure everything with a food scale. I might consider upping my calories soon

I just cooked the quinoa half way, then added frozen mixed veggies and brussel sprouts, then added raw chicken and stirred it around until everything was cooked! By the time the chicken cooks thoroughly, the quinoa will be fully cooked
