  • add a zero to what you want to weigh.....125 would be 1250 calories/day.....and track every single day! i have been tracking for 280 days without missing one single day...and i lost 30 lbs in 23 weeks.....amazing.....it really works and it is a life style now....at goal since 11/10/11 and not having trouble maintaing…
