I started off exercising when i first joined MFP....but I simply dont have enough time. So I do my best to stay under 1200 calories per day and Ive lost 6 lbs in 5-6 weeks. So, it is possible with little to no exercise. But it looks like its a slower process.

I LOVE my Wii fit. I have two kids at home, so its hard to exercise, and the Fit is perfect when i cant leave my living room....
