Bulletproof coffee (coffee with butter and coconut or MCT oil emulsified in a blender) with a bit of cinnamon and liquid sucralose. This gives me tons of sustained energy. Of course, I keep myself in ketosis (fueled by ketones rather than sugar).

It seems really strange to me that nobody posting here so far seems to know that 10g protein and 25g carbs adds up to 140 calories. Carbohydrates and protein have 4 kcalories per gram, while fats have 9 kcalories per gram. Aside from that, I would suggest doing as much research on your own as you can and talking things…
