I use the scale to tell me if I need more water. Fluctuation is usually me needing more water, I need to poo, or I'm getting ready for TOM.

My family gets to eat what I eat...they need to learn healthy habits now. I have 5 kids & the hubby. Ages 2-18 (well, the hubby is older, lol). I've learned if they are hungry, they will eat what I cooked ;) now, most would rather have brocolli over fries in my house & they are learning to diversify their taste of food.

Sounds like you aren't getting enough "good" oils & not enough water. I've always had a problem having bm's until I found an herbal tea that miraculously makes me go every morning :) I drink 1 glass in the evening & by morning when I get up...woohoo,party in the potty, lol. No cramping either. I've tried everything from mirilax, prunes, fiber. The tea is what does it for me.

Normal resting is 70-80. Mine is never normal.m.I have tachycardia so even with meds & ablation my heart beats faster.

I used to swear by WW but sadly once they changed their points to points plus it didn't work as well for me & I hated it. I guess everyone is different. "Spanx" are great for pulling "things" in ;) or a Boob job will give you a little curve...for your butt that horrid butt exercise dir your butt with weights. You loose the fat but build the muscle ;)
