I do a lot of workout videos on www.fitnessblender.com . They are free, and you can search by what area of your body you want to work on, or what type of workout you want to do, low impact, cardio, etc. I love them!

I'm doing interval training, so some cardio and strength combined. I don't have access to a gym and only have small hand weights, so I'm mostly doing things that involve using my own body weight for resistance. Thanks for all the positive feedback!! :)
