  • i slice my sweet potatoes then put them in a bowl of water in the microwave for about 5 min...they never turn out soggy if i do this before baking:)

  • i do that too...whole wheat pita, olive oil cooking spray, little course salt....and mrs.dash makes all kinds of seasonings you can use:) but i think my fav is just salt, pepper and oregeno. dip in marinara sauce, hummus, salsa... YUM!!!
