We are missing 10 people from the weigh in still! Remember it closes tonight. **we have had one person drop from the challenge because they just don't use MFP** So as of right now we are a team of 24 with 14 people that have weighed in and still searching for the other 10!

Ok so I just went and renamed all my files because there was a space in it...so now here I go again! (and yes as embarassing as it is I was signed into my husbands account and made the huge OOPS) lol oh well live and learn :)

I will be posting Blue Team shirts with lbs lost on each one....for this week I am doing 1-4lbs and then in 5lb increments. So if you have lost say 6-9lbs then you will have the 5lb image until you reach 10lbs....etc I will post these up really soon!

I agree with you. I am a stay at home mom and I would always put the family first and never have time left for myself. Now I make myself a priority too. So I now get a work out in and I am planning healthier meals and snacks for everyone.

I just started making my own yogurt. I must say it is pretty amazing! You know what goes into it and it tastes great. I found also that it is a lot less calories then the store bought lowfat yogurt too.

I use to have the worst time drinking water! I downloaded the waterlogged app on the iphone and I love being able to visually see how much I have drank during that day because if I'm not tracking it then I forget! I drink about 120-150oz a day. Which is a bit more then I should be drinking. I should be drinking about 110oz…
