It is not good, even a few times is very bad. If you cheat on your diet go for a walk to burn off the calories.

Well, I think that maybe my failure Is due to going at my diet to strong then I just quit because it is so hard so this time I think I'm going to go at this in steps, just eliminate food by weekly, but first I need to kick fast food out of my life.
