  • I make a spinch smoothie every day. I add milk, protein powder, any fruit, and ice. I have it as a snack right after the gym and it keeps me full for hours. It's not the greatest taste, but so healthy!

  • Hi! I'm starting fresh with a weight loss goal of 20 pounds. I have had four babies in 6 years and it has wreaked havoc on my body. I just quite nursing my baby and I am committed! A friend recommended this sight and I thought I'd try it out, so here I go!
