  • I have PCOS and do not have numb feet. They do go numb when I work out, but I do really High intensity interval plyo training. Have you been diagnosed with PCOS??   • I burn 700-1300 a day and try to eat all of them back but some days I fall short. I may try to eat more nuts to eat most if not all of them back as MFP already has a 750 calorie deficit built in.
  • I bought a womans ironman triatholon w/ strap and love it! Ive used the heck out of it for the past 2 yrs with no issues at all. Side note heart palaptations are a sign of HYPERthyroidism. Are you hypo and maybe your meds need adjusted down? Im hypo too so, I know how frustrating it can get.
