This! I do understand what the OP is saying in the thread though and sometimes you don't have a choice. Everything isrocessed though at McDonald's....yes even the grilled chicken! It is loaded with 1240mg of sodium too. You would be better off going to a grocery store to pick up fresh food for your meal.

43....44 later this year. I feel fitter, healthier and happier than ever before.

Oh my gosh you look absolutely incredible. I just can't believe it! I would have guessed in your 30s for sure! You are beautiful!

I had two natural births and one emergency c-section. I didn't get any stretch marks and only have a tiny scar from the incision. No overhang or anything. I truly think this is a genetic thing though. We all carry our weight very very differently and sometimes it is impossible to get rid of in certain places. My problem…

I don't know what you mean????

Police Officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. One of the Queen's Cowboys in the red serge! I'm sure I don't have to explain my job.

Hey Amy I am struggling too. I am eating 1200 calories plus my exercise calories everyday. I keep fluctuating between 131 and 135 and can't seem to break free of the 130s. It is driving me mental!

I think your story is amazing and want to congratulate you on an incredible journey! You look fantastic! I will be 44 this year and have never said I couldn't get back In shape because I have had kids. My boys are 17, 15 and 4 and i truly feel that i got healthier and fitter after each baby! If you don't want it bad enough…

Oh man this made me laugh! You couldn't pay me enough to have to have big boobs. They get in the way when working out and especially running!

I dont know how to put my picture in the thread. I think I am starting to get one. It is in my profile pic.

Agreed! If you are remaining in your calorie allotment then who gives a flying &$)!, I say mind your own business Auntie Know It All!

When I started on MFP my goals were to lose 25 to 30 pounds, get my six pack back, wear my bikini and summer clothes comfortably again and to look in the mirror and love what I see. I also wanted to be rid of that urge to binge! I am so happy to say I have almost accomplished my goals. I am down to 131 pounds now…

Me too!

I am currently 131 and my goal weight was 120 to 125. I think I will try for just 6 more pounds.

You can't be serious? Good God you would definitely be single when you got back from bootcamp if I was your wife! You must think very highly of yourself to give your spouse that kind of ultimatum! Good luck in life with that kind of attitude.

Regarding number 2 and acg......do you not find it odd that there are only pictures of his abs on his profile? Ummm how do people really know what he looks like?

But unless you are training for something big....even three hours at the gym is excessive. Your time would be better spent with an hour or two at the gym and then planning and cooking meals ahead of time so there is no reason not to be eating properly or forgetting to eat. I find this thread especially interesting as I am…

Haha this! I can't imagine that it is even possible to burn that many calories on a regular basis. I guess once in a while it would be possible. As many others have said....it is more important that you give your body the nutrients it needs than to spend 5 hours working out....especially when you have a family. Working out…

I understand what you are saying but as a woman who works in a male dominated industry and watches single people befriending other peoples spouses....flirting, lunching, talking dirty to each other, relationships forming and marriages splitting up....why put yourself in that situation. I chat with the guys I work with but…

This! No offense but my husband is the only male I need to get positive comments and encouragement from. It is a respect thing I have for my marriage and I am happy with "female only" friends.

You look fabulous! What an amazing transformation already! Be confident and proud!

I always stay away from artificial sweetners as well. I just can't stand the after taste of them. I was using aspartame and Splenda quite a bit over a period of a few months. I developed severe muscle aches and pains to the point I could not exercise and even walking was difficult. The pain was all over my body...weird! I…

I went to Arizona too for vacation for two weeks. This trip was very different for me than past trips. I started MFP in December 2011 and I love it. For the first time I did not fall into that vacation mode and binge on everything. That is what made the transition back to "real life" so easy for me. I guess what I am…
