  • Oh, on the heart rate monitor. I have a heart rate monitor, a Garmin GPS and use a treadmill or elliptical trainer. They all give different calorie numbers. I use the calorie numbers on this web site - it gives a different number also, but I felt that I had to choose one and go with it. Its worked very well so far. Carl
