i used to be so busy i didnt hav time for exercise, then i actually diarised my time, I found i sat in the bath for hour every nite. glad every1 havn a laff, but the point was creating a new exercise called misc with same characteristics as sex, will be far more discreet if you use it, and you can still then count the calories, it will be our little secret
