  • What's the status of a walking group? Maybe we can schedule it week-by-week; rotate the day(s) to accomodate schedules. I'm available Mon-Fri after 2:30p and pretty much any time on the weekend. I don't have a gym membership but am open to hiking and just plain 'ol fitness walking.

  • I am the same way with "little"... So I bring a combination of: string cheese, cheese cubes, lunch meat slices to desk. Cravings mean your body needs something. Then I put rubberbands around it... as I finish a bottle, I roll the 'band down toward the bottom. The other ones are at top as a visual reminder of how much I…
  • As long as you've been losing weight in a healthy way and have hit a plateau, you need to bump up your efforts. If you already exercise, give it more "oomph". Also, find your fat-burning heart rate. 220- your age x 60% or 70%. Was given that formula from a professional trainer.
