yes it so the switching of programs and i always use the wii fit time. If its the plus game in the plus menu you can set it so that it does a routine for you this is really good and you dont have to waste time switching between games

i have brought this but not received it yet. You say its more arm movements than legs but is there any way you can walk on spot or do $teping on wii balance board during/inbetween routines just to get moving? Yes EVERYONE is noticing the difference and mention it alot people I havent seen for a while and people I see once a week are all saying that I am droping weight but I would just like to drop the one dress size for my own piece of mind!

Good luck you can do this! Support and friendship are key for this site and everyone is so nice. I have also been big my whole life but so are the rest of me family right???? No more excuses I am going to stick at this so I am no longer the comfy friend but the friend who used to be fat and now is fit and skinny!

It doesn't only do the 80 min one you ca set it for how ever long you want but it has a warm up option and it puts all the kinda exercise togeather that help each other.
