Now this is my kind of challenge!! I am 26 I love my Wii Fit it is the only exercise I do having self- esteem issues I cannot get up the confidence to go to the gym but I love the freedom my Wii Fit gives me. I love the Will Fit plus it's going to make me skinny!!

I plan every morning to check calories but I always plan if I am going out for dinner.

In four weeks i weigh the same as when i started so i feel you. i havent cut out all my junk & i refuse to but my sodium is good I just keep telling my self that it will happen at some point it will happen. Hope it starts to work soon.

I live in nottingham & a huge geo caching fan. We have got all our children from school intrested and i took my friends children to colwick park a great circuit of them. The healthiest take away is to plan ahead& do a good workout so you have more cals to work with relax enjoy. I don't think given freedom you will eat your way through everything so just trust the choices you make& be accountable log everything& hide nothing.i find when i know i have to log it in the morning im more careful…

I eat salad everyday for lunch because I want to not because its healthy I love this post because I still have chocolate chips and processed chicken. I went to nandos and had a huge meal but if I make it fit in my diary then I am happy and it helps me to lose weight I am fine.
