I noticed it mainly on my back so I started using a blemish fighting facial cleanser on my back in the shower and a few times a week I use one of those OTC blemish ointments at night after I workout before bed and if I do that consistently my back stays clear.

I agree with the above posts. On my runs i usually burn about 100 calories every 10 minutes. The faster your pace the more calories you will burn. I don't think using your sweat as a guide is an accurate measure of how many calories you have burned. I have a Garmin GPS watch that measures my calories among other things and…

I am not sure what causes it but I notice something similiar happens to my hands when I run somtimes. My hands will seem to fall asleep or go numb...not sure I would describe it as tingling sensation but usually I wll shake them and by the end of the run they feel fine again.
