I find thati still get really sweaty but not as out of breath as with 30DS. It's a different format...a 15 minute workout that she does twice. I've just finished the first week and not too convinced its gonna live up to its name, but will stick with it!

I started level three yesterday and this is the first time since day two of the 30 day shred that I've felt pain in my thighs! Surely a good thing?! So, yeh i found it v tough!
