  • Sounds like you're doing the right things! I'm 5'2 (135 lbs) and I eat a minimum of 1200 net. The more calories I burn, the more I get to eat! Try mixing up your workouts and try intervel training (weights or cardio or both!)
  • I'm 5'2 and my goal is to be around 125; however ideally it's my body fat % I want down to around 20% no matter the # on the scale.
  • I have the Polar FT4. It's perfect (unless you're a runner and need GPS). It's VERY quick and easy to use! The least expensive one I've found is on: http://www.bodytronics.com/c/polar_ft_series_heart_rate_monitors
  • I would suggest drinking LOTS of WATER and soaking long in an EPSOM bath! That will help remove the soreness a lot quicker! Doing this always helps after an intense workout like that. (trainers and doctors have suggested this to me before also). And congrats on losing 12 lbs!
