  • I've spoken with a couple different people regarding this, and they told me to remain at my calorie intake goal, and not to exceed that goal after working out. Even though you earn "extra" calories after working out, you still need to ingest only the recommended amount of calories to see the best results. It works either…

  • Thank you :) Excersizing seems to be aggravating it as well. But I'll try not eating anything close to bedtime and see if that helps any. I'm trying not to go on medication for it if I can avoid it.
