My husb does not say negative things to me, he's been supportive. Even if i cheat and have ice cream he never makes rude comments he knows i've been working hard andhe knows i know what i'm doing. I've even got him eating better:) by his own choice:)

I did jucing for a month straight did lose 20 lbs but put most of it back on. I also was super tired and was having serious back pain and headaches. I prob just wasn't getting enough vitamins like the guy did. It is a amazing documentry but feeling hungry all the time was terrible. I do own a juicer and use it on occasion…

about a week after working out co workers and patients noticed would of been about 6 lbs lost, I seem to be loosing more inches then weight though...but i suppose i'll take it for now;)

People who haven't seen me in awhile will tell me i've lost weight, but people I see more often don't notice as much yet. I think it is a thing where if someone sees you a lot then they just may not notice yet.
