  • I make mine slow cooked with fat free milk water using twice as much fluid as usual (takes longer to cook but there is more to eat for the same calories) then add unsweetened applesauce apple pie spice and a fe choped pecans. Like a warm apple pie.

  • Speaking as an oncology nurse who has been privileged to bear witness to the death of many patients, It can be a beautiful moment. It is however the only thing that we can count on from the moment we are born. None of us will escape it. Some of us will be lucky enough to accept and embrace the journey without fear, and die…

  • You have fear for a reason. It is to protect yourself. It may be nothing at all, but again it may not be. If you feel unsafe then your best bet is to let the police know what happened. If you are over reacting then at least they can be aware that you had a creepy feeling. Unfortunately there are a LOT of disturbed people…
  • One of the easiest things to add to get some extra flavor without a lot of sugar is vanilla extract or almond extract. Just a few drops to your oatmeal will make a huge difference. Make sure your extracts are gluten free. I like to add honey nutmeg and cinnamon.
  • Make any flavor fruit herbal tea, tazo wild sweet orange comes to mind, but they have some other great flavors. No caffeine no sugar great flavor not too much work as you can heat water in a pan throw in the tea bags stick it in the fridge overnight and take it in the morning.
  • Anything can be special ordered as you like. So get what you want skip the fried nasties it you want to avoid those and sub out fruit or salad options that won't make you feel left out. You can always have a bite or fry from someone elses plate if you just can't resist
  • Always best to get a baseline check by a doc. Not to mention to have a good relationship with one to handle all the things that seem to happen as we age. They should be able to give you good advice about how to make your lifestyle work for you safely and make sure you feel well without any risk for all the scary things…
  • Everything I've read indicates breakfast is a good thing. Some ideas for a quick easy breakfast is anything you have leftover. Yogurt is my go to in the morning with some fruit or nuts tossed in or for that matter a banana with nut butter. I try to find a carb protein combo.

  • Have you tried honey or maple sugar? both all natural with similar stats to real sugar. Honey has some added immune benefits.
  • Have you had a checkup lately just to make sure there is nothing physically going on like diabetes? All that fluid intake is a little concerning to me. Anything in extremes is not good. If you have to chew I'm with the group that recommend sugar free gum.
