i fluctuate like crazy. and oddly it seems to follow no sort of pattern at all. some days i'll weigh more in the morning than later, some days i weigh 3 or 4 pounds more in the morning than i do after a whole day full of eating and drinking. i just give myself a 5 pound range to kind of go off of and as long as i stay…

The candy bars by the registers...dark chocolate covered cookie butter. And they're not that terrible calorie wise in all honesty. It's my weakness.

their fruits and veggies are always super fresh and delicious. also their premade stuffed pastas are super good too (my particular favorite is the spinach and cheese tortellini) frozen turkey burger patties are fabulous too. ....oh, and their cookie butter. i'll just let that one speak for itself.
