Not 100% sure, but the book I'm currently reading says to consume half of what you weight in grams. So if you're around 200, you should eat 100 grams of protein a day. That's what I'm aiming for since I'm in the 190's. It's a book by Bob Harper called Skinny Rules. He tells you to eat protein or stay hungry.

When I got on MFP.com, I started at 1200 calories for a few weeks and lost some weight. Then, upped to 1300, lost some weight, then 1470, lost some weight and just recently, last week only lost 1 pound (I usually lose 2.5 pounds a week). So, now I'm going to up it to 1550 and see what happens!

There's an Incline Trainer out by NordicTrack. I know about it because Jillian Michaels promotes it. When I first started out, I did 20 minutes a day doing various Jillian Michaels workouts (including the Shred!) Over time, I increased it and now I do between an hour to an hour and a half. Honestly though, the fact that you're working out for any amount of time is what matters. :)

From what I have read, professionals have always said to not break form. So, if you can do the lifting with good form, then you're set. One thing I do, is the first rep I start with lower weights to see how it goes. If I feel like I can handle more, I'll add 5 pounds (not sure the number converting to kg's). And then do…

Oh yeah! I take breaks. The plyometrics work out is about an hour and I did it in an hour and a half. But I still finished it! That's what counts. Keep pressing play :)

I am :) Just did Plyometrics tonight. Burned 950 calories! But I don't do it every day or follow the program. I get bored easily, so I switch it up. Have you tried it yet?

Here's another idea in case anybody needs another, haha! I use "Healthy Feet". My gosh, my feet, at the bottom, looked awful until I started using it. Now, it's like baby feet. Ah :)
