Should I do ab excercizes?
Hi! I found that my belly is really wiggly and I think it's flab. I read an article that you don't need to do ab work outs until you lose the fat that's covering it up. However; a friend of mine just said that she thinks I should be doing ab work outs now because I have flab, not fat. What are your thoughts on this?

How to listen to music while running?
Hi! I have an iPhone, an armband (to secure my iPhone), the ear plugs, along with ear buds and yesterday, I wound up wrapping my ear plugs under my bra for support, but while running, they were still getting in the way. I think I did it wrong. Is there a better way to listen to music, comfortably, and run?

I just got done doing Chalean's "Recharge" video. Does anybody else feel pain during the workout? I watch her and she's going "Oooh this feels so good!" and I'm still saying "Ouch!" I feel like the video is doing more pain than good lol. I just hope it pays off...
