I have been running for a couple years now, there are days when I just can't force myself to go. My body sometimes tells me that I need to rest, and sometimes I just slow down.

3 lbs in 2 weeks is great! I sometimes only lost ounces in a week. It all adds up.

UGH! Discouraged after reading this. I ran a 10:30 mile the other day for the first time.(I usually run a 12) I was so excited until I read these post and realized that I have a long way to go. Guess I will just have to push myself a little harder.

I hate the treadmill. However, if I am reading a good book I WILL opt to walk on the treadmill so that I can read. I've been reading the Hunger Games so needless to say, I have been walking on the treadmill lately :)

For me personally, I was not eating my 1200 calories and I eventually stopped losing, before I reached my goal. I then increased my calorie intake a bit (1300) and made sure I ate at least the 1200, and it helped. I don't think we should eat just to eat, but we need a certain amount to be "healthy".

LOVE Zumba and I burn ALOT of calories. I love that it's fun, and doesn't feel like a "workout".

I originally wanted to lose 8 lbs but then decided 10 was a better number. I was having a hard time after 5 lbs lost. I then, increased my calorie intake a little and the rest of the weight is coming off. I set my goal to lose only 1/2 lb a week. I'm in! I know it's the middle of the month but I just told my husband the other day, that I need to stop weighing in. I am becoming obsessive. So not weighing in until April 2 :)

I am 5'3 and my goal weight is 120. Anything less would be too thin for me.

Once a week, have been doing it on Mondays, but I think I am going to change to Fridays. I am just maintaining my weight at this point and it's becoming frustrating.
