I personally use Extra Virgin Olive Oil rather than mayo on most all things; however, if I must use mayo I make my own...it's really simple. 1.) 1/2 cup lite mayo 2.) 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 3.) 3 tbs of Chipotle sauce. Give it a shot...you might like it. Saludos...
