I just started and found a great website with recipes. It also has the nutritional value for both 'juiced' and 'solid' total ingredients. On some recipes there is a difference of 200 calories from Juice to Solid (Juice being lower). www.juicerecipes.com

The testing for hypo thyroid here in Canada is very different than the states. We have a range ~ and if you are in that range there is not much more the doctors can do legally (they cannot increase the dose of medication if it is in range). THIS!!!! Protein should be around 80 - 100 grams/day (unless you have Kidney issues or other health issues) Fibre should be around 30+ grams/day I am always looking for more lean protein and fibre foods, fibre is tougher than protein for me, so I add it to my shake in the morning!!

Vitamin D & Vitamin B12 both help with mood and energy. You can find both of them easy and take up to 1000 mg of the vit D!! Find the B12 that dissolves under the tongue (works better). Those and water and sleep!!:yawn:

I have tried both and I LOVE the Oikos - the flavors are great and you don't know you are eating healthy. My hubby never ever ate yogurt and will eat 1/day of the Oikos. (Black Cherry is my fav)

I am sure it is possible, just like not everyone is meant to be a basketball player, a skier, etc.. That is why there are lots of options to get and stay active, it is not all about running, unless you WANT to be a runner.

For DVD's I really like the Chris Freytag or Leslie Sansone, they are easier on my knees and I am not very co-ordinated. I have about 10 Walking ones - Usually Walmart for $5. I know it doesn't change it up lots, but I don't fall on my face trying to do them. :laugh:

We have been eating these weekly for years and years!! I don't know about daily, but they are very very healthy in so many ways. The easiest way to cook them is to cook them like a baked potatoe and peel them or cut them in half and scoop them out. Yum yum, bake a few extra, you can freeze them.

So long as you are consistent, meaning that you are trying 3 - 6 times/week ~~ You will notice improvement, even at 10/15 min sessions through out the day. Keep moving and you will notice a difference in endurance and breathing and moving. You are great and praise yourself for starting!:happy:
