100 calorie snack packs are just the same foods but measured into smaller portions, no? I find that just measuring it myself is cheaper and easier and is better in the long run for my self control.

Yeah the Planet Fitness by me does that. It makes no sense to me but they had this whole reasoning behind it. I think it's good to just stay away those days.

I look up recipes that I want to make and I try to pick ones with some common ingredients. I go shopping every 3 days or so at the moment. My goal weight is 5 pounds more than my lowest weight (when I was in high school) but I had no muscle back then, really. I figure that's a good goal to have and then I can reevaluate once I get there. Also, if it helps, I'm 5'5" and I'm aiming for 150lb. That's just within a healthy BMI for my height.
